- Copy of the latest fully executed deed
- Trustee/directors declarations (ATO Form NAT 71089-04.2019)
LETTERS, FORMS, DIRECTOR MINUTES/INDIVIDUAL TRUSTEE RESOLUTIONS
- Copy of the previous year audit report and management letter
- Annual trustee resolutions
- Signed annual trustee declaration approving the financial reports
- Signed pension documents started or ceased during the current year
- Investment strategy
- PAYG Payment Summaries for benefits paid, if required
- Roll over forms for inward or outward payments
- Signed notice for member concessional contribution, if any
- Trustee acceptance/resolution of member contribution, if any
FINANCIAL STATEMENTS & INCOME TAX RETURN
- Financial statements including notes
- Statement of taxable income
- Investment summary & Investment income
- Unlisted investments with financial statements and share/unit certificates
- Members statements
- Income tax return
- Tax agent portal printouts of Integrated Client Account & Income Tax Account.
- Invitation to access BGL or CLASS reports.
SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
- Actuarial certificate, if required
- Calculations for tax, CGT, GST and deferred tax
- Original bank statements for the entire year
- Source Investment statements and portfolio reports
- Dividend and trust distribution statements
- Trial balance and general ledger
- Property details, leases, insurance, volume & folio and market valuations
- Life insurance details & certificate of currency for each policy
- Details of any legal matters and/or ATO audits for current and previous years
